Ynves is a wealth analytics and portfolio tracking platform. The Service offers mathematical calculations, momentum scoring metrics (including Y-VQS), sector rotation models (Y-Flow), and asset tracking capabilities.

4. User Accounts

  • Authentication: Access to the Service requires creating an account via magic links.

  • Account Limits: Accounts are subject to the plan limits specified at the time of subscription.

5. Subscription and Payment Terms

  • Billing: Billing is handled via secure third-party payment processors. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable recurring fees.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your paid benefits remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Refunds: Except as required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable.

6. Open Methodology & Proprietary IP Licensing

We are committed to open methodology. To support transparency, we publish our mathematical formulas and scoring parameters so you can verify how your analytics are calculated.

However, the underlying software engines, trademarked terms, and proprietary code (such as Y-VQS) are the sole intellectual property of Ynves. Utilizing or replicating our engines outside the Service for commercial purposes is prohibited without a separate commercial licensing agreement.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Access, scrape, or extract data from the Service using automated bots, crawlers, or scrapers without authorization.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the platform’s proprietary code.
  • Attempt to bypass security controls, rate limits, or access controls.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YNVES AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AND EMPLOYEES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR INVESTMENT LOSSES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
