Overview

Y-Yield is the specialized cockpit under each Y-Active for tracking dividend distributions, analyzing yield metrics, and projecting cash flow. It replaces complex spreadsheet ledgers with a real-time, automated forecast engine that helps you visualize, compile, and optimize passive income generated across your holdings.

Cash Flow Forecast Chart

The Cash Flow chart provides a rolling 12-month visual projection of dividend income. To guarantee full transparency and separate confirmed payments from estimates, the chart is represented as a Stacked Bar Chart color-coded by payout status:

  • Recent (Slate Grey #94a3b8): Dividend events that occurred in the past (within a rolling 30-day window) or have already been paid out.
  • Upcoming (Signal Blue #0055FF): Confirmed dividend events that have been officially declared by the company board but not yet paid.
  • Projected (Brand Purple #8b5cf6): Purely forecasted payouts estimated automatically based on historical frequency and payment schedules for future months.
  • Cumulative Trend (Growth Mint #10b981): A line chart overlaying the bars to show the rolling total aggregate payout over the next 12 months.

The interactive ECharts legend allows you to toggle any category on or off to filter the visual forecast, and tooltips automatically filter out empty segments to show you clean data on hover.

Yield & Income Ledger

The Yield & Income Ledger provides asset-by-asset yield details to isolate high-conviction dividend compounders from yield traps:

  • Average Cost vs. Current Price: Compare historical acquisition cost bases against live market values.
  • Annualized Dividend: The forward annualized rate per share in the asset’s trading currency.
  • Current Yield vs. Yield on Cost (YoC):
    • Current Yield: Annualized dividend relative to the asset’s current price.
    • Yield on Cost (YoC): Annualized dividend relative to your weighted average purchase price. YoC illustrates the growing yield efficiency of your original capital over time.
  • Estimated Annual Income (EAI): The total projected annual cash flow generated by that specific holding in your Y-Active base currency.
  • Income Contribution: The percentage share of the Y-Active’s total dividend income generated by that asset.
  • Y-VQS Signal: Incorporates the Ynves Vertex Quality Score directly to verify the safety, balance sheet health, and coverage ratio of the dividend payer.

Distributions Calendar

The Upcoming Distributions Calendar compiles recent, upcoming, and projected payout events. It groups payouts by month and lists them chronologically by payment date, showing:

  1. Ex-Dividend Date: The cutoff date to be registered as a shareholder to receive the payout.
  2. Payout Date: The exact date when the cash is deposited.
  3. Dividend per Share & Estimated Payment: The rate per share and total computed cash payment in your Y-Active’s base currency.
  4. Status Badges: Visual indicator badges matching the calendar status (Recent, Upcoming, Projected).
